The protection of your personal data is a top priority for us. In this privacy policy we want to inform you about the type of personal data we collect during the course of your visit to our website, how we process this data and what rights you have. Explanation of the terminology used:

A user covers all categories of individuals affected by data processing. This includes our commercial partners and other visitors to our website.
With respect to the terminology used, we also make reference to the definitions in Art. 4 of the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (DS-GVO). The terms used, such as "user", are intended to be gender-neutral.

3.Processing personal data
3.1.Visiting our website
3.1.1.Scope of data processing
When you visit our website, your browser transmits certain data to our Web server, some of it for technical reasons. This includes the following data (so-called server log files):
IP address
Date and time of your request
Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
Content of the request (specific page)
Operating system and its access status / HTTP status code
Transmitted data volume
Web site, from which the request came (the "referrer URL")
Browser, language and version of the browser software
3.1.2.Purpose of the data processing
The saving of this data in log files is necessary to ensure the functionality of the website. This helps us to display the website and to ensure the security of our IT systems.
3.1.3.Legal framework and processing
We collect this data based on our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6, Para. 1, lit f) of the DS-GVO in order to be able to display our website and to ensure its security.
3.1.4.Duration of retention
For security reasons (e.g. for investigating misuse or fraudulent actions), information in the log files is stored for a maximum period of seven days and then deleted. Data which requires extended retention for evidence purposes is exempt from deletion until the investigation in question has come to a clear conclusion.
3.1.5.Possibility of appeal or removal
The recording of data in order to provide the website and its storing of log files is mandatory for the operation for technical reasons. Users therefore have no right to objection.
3.2.Online shop
3.2.1.Scope of data processing
We operate the online store on behalf of "HOMAG". This shop is exclusively intended for commercial customers, as well as employees of the company "HOMAG". You can therefore only use it if you are a registered and authorised user. When you register for the first time, we collect the following personal data from you: Membership account type (private/commercial), "Customer". Customer type, company, department, form of address, name, address, post code, town/city, state/country, email address, telephone number, fax number.
3.2.2.Purpose of the data processing
The data is processed for the delivery of an order and the rendering of contractual services.
3.2.3.Legal framework and processing
We process user data (e.g. name and address, contact details of users) and contractual data (e.g. services availed, names of contact persons, payment information) for the delivery of the order and the fulfilment of our contractual obligations in accordance with Art. 6, Para. 1, lit b of the DS-GVO.
3.2.4.Recipients of personal data
The data is processed by our internal departments for the execution of the contract. We always use service providers for the delivery of the goods as part of data protection-compliant order processing.
3.2.5.Duration of retention
The data stored by us is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for its intended purpose and there are no legal retention obligations obstructing its deletion. Retention obligations may exist due to commercial and fiscal regulations. According to statutory regulations, data must be kept for six years in line with § 257, Para. 1 of the HGB (German Commercial Code) (e.g. accounting receipts.) and for ten years in line with § 147, Para. 1 of the AO (German Tax Code) (e.g. accounting receipts, commercial and business letters, documents relevant to taxation).
3.2.6.Possibility of appeal or removal
If you have created a user account, you can delete this at any time.
Data processed in connection with an order are subject to retention obligations under commercial and fiscal law. Users therefore have no right to objection.
3.3.Contact via email
3.3.1.Scope of data processing
If you contact us via the email address supplied on the website, we will process the personal data of the sender sent by email.
3.3.2.Purpose of the data processing
We process the personal data sent in your email for the purpose of dealing with your query.
3.3.3.Legal framework and processing
When contacting us, the details of the user are processed for dealing with the contact query and its resolution in line with Art. 6, Para. 1, lit b) of the DS-GVO.
3.3.4.Duration of retention
We delete personal data once it is no longer required for the achieving of the objective of its collection. With regard to personal data that has been communicated via email, this is the case when the conversation with the user in question has ended. The conversation is considered to have ended when the circumstances suggest that the matter in question or the demand for information has ultimately been settled.
3.3.5.Possibility of appeal or removal
You have the option to revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
If you contact us via email, you can object to the storing of your personal data at any time. In such cases, our conversation can of course no longer be continued. To revoke this consent, please contact info@koli-bri.net. All personal data that was stored during the course of the establishing of contact will then be deleted.
3.4.Cookies
3.4.1.Scope of data processing
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files which are stored on your computer when you access our website. Cookies pose no harm to your computer and do not contain any malware, such as viruses. Cookies contain a characteristic sequence of characters which enable the unique identification of a browser when the website is access again. Certain parts of our website require that an accessing browser is able to be identified also after switching pages.
This does not occur by making reference to you personally, but rather by assigning an identification number to the cookie (a cookie ID). The cookie ID is not linked to your name, your IP address or any similar data which would enable the association of the cookie with you personally.
This website uses transient and persistent cookies.
Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser. This includes so-called session cookies. Session cookies store what is referred to as a session ID, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to a common session. When you return to our website, your computer can be recognised again. Session cookies are deleted when you log out or you close your browser.
Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period of time which can vary depending on the cookie. You can delete the cookies in the safety settings of your browser at any time.
3.4.2.Purpose of the data processing

The legal framework for the processing of personal data using cookies, which are necessary from a technical standpoint, is Art. 6, Para. 1, lit f) of the DS-GVO.
3.4.4.Duration of retention
Session cookies are deleted as soon as the browser is closed.
Persistent cookies are deleted automatically after a specified period of time.
3.4.5.Possibility of appeal or removal
As a user, you have full control over the use of cookies. By making a change to the settings in your Web browser, you can configure your set-up so that cookies are not saved at all, or so that cookies are deleted automatically at the end of your browsing session. To do this, select the "Do not accept cookies" option in your browser settings. To do this in Microsoft Internet Explorer, select "Extras > Internet options > Privacy > Settings"; In Firefox, select "Extras > Settings > Privacy > Cookies"); if you are using another Web browser, then use the instructions of the help function of your browser regarding the prevention and deletion of cookies.
Please remember that by doing so, however, you may not be able to use all the functions of our website.
4.Data security
We take technical, contractual and organisational measures for the security of data processing based on the state of the art in technology. As a result, we ensure that the regulations of data protection legislation, especially the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (DS-GVO), is complied with, and that the data processed by us is protected against destruction, loss, modification and unauthorised access. These security measures include the encrypted transmission of data between your browser and our servers. Please note that SSL encryption for transmissions executed over the Internet is only activated when the key symbol appears in the bottom menu bar of your browser window and the address begins with "https://". Using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) means that the data transmission is protected against the illegal access of third parties with an encryption technology. Should this option not be available, you may also decide not to send certain data over the Internet.
All the information that you send to us is saved and processed on our servers in the Federal Republic of Germany.
5.Forwarding data to third parties and third-party providers
Data is only forwarded to third parties in line with statutory regulations. We only pass on user data to third parties if this is required for contractual purposes, based on Art. 6 Para. 1, lit. b) of the DS-GVO, for example, or based on the legitimate interests of the commercial and effective operation of our business in line with Art. 6 Para. 1, lit. f) of the DS-GVO. This may be necessary for the transmission of delivery addresses to shipping agents, for example.
Within the course of processing orders, we rely on subcontractors for the rendering of our services, especially the running, maintenance and hosting of the website and our IT systems, in line with Art. 28 of the DS-GVO. We have taken appropriate legal precautions and suitable technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of personal data in accordance with the relevant statutory regulations.
The data is processed in the Federal Republic of Germany.

When we process personal data from you, you are an affected person according to the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (DS-GVO), and you have the following rights over the personal data relating to you with respect to us:

If consent of the user is required or parts of the privacy policy contain regulations of the contractual relationship with the users, changes will only be made with the user's consent.
